Where is my order?

If your order is delayed we will keep you notified of the status of your order by email, so keep an eye out for our updates. You can also easily track your order through your online shopping account. Sign in to it to get started & follow the steps below.

If your order’s being delivered by the Evri App / website and it has been despatched, you can track your order. Simply download the Evri App via the Google Play Store or IOS App Store

You will need your 16 digit tracking number from your despatch email, it will usually start with the code: T00HG. If your order is being sent by different parcel companies, it might be sent in separate parcels with individual tracking numbers & you will receive a despatch email for each.

If your tracking has not changed in status for 5 or more working days please chat with a member of the team.

My item arrived damaged & broken. What should I do?

We are so sorry this has happened! We want to resolve this for you in the fastest way possible, please fill in the form on the website so we can make sure we have all the information we need before arranging a discount or refund.

When will I be refunded?

We will process your refund as efficiently as we can, but while doing this it may still take up to 10 days. If you paid by card please allow a further 5 working days for the card refund to be credited.

We will email you as soon as we receive your return to keep you in the loop of the refund process.

If you have returned your parcel more than 10 days ago and you have not recieved an email not have you been credited, please let us know by chatting with us or filling in the form on the website

Arranging a Return?

Our 28 day return policy

You can return most of our items within 28 days from the purchase date. This is provided that the item is:

  • In new & unused condition including the labels and accessories.
  • Shoes must be tried on indoors not outdoor
  • In the original packaging with all tags intact

Return exceptions

Unless faulty - You cannot cancel or return any of the following products:

  • Bespoke, customised and personalised items
  • Perishable goods such as flowers and food items
  • Perfume, After-Shave and Cologne if unsealed
  • Items sealed for health and hygiene reasons
  • Sealed smart devices including smart phones & watches, tablets, wearable technology and electronic devices - if unsealed and used and waranty seal is broken or removed.
